International Experience | Erasmus+ Projects
We implement Erasmus+ projects that bring together young people and youth workers from Romania and across Europe. Our international experience is put to work for the local community in Călărași and in rural areas. Through international partnerships, exchanges of experience, and cooperation activities, we create opportunities for learning, personal development, and active involvement, contributing to building more open communities that are better prepared for the challenges of the future through innovation, collaboration.

Supporting real values through coaching
We believe in the power of learning through experience. We organize courses, workshops, and non-formal training activities for young people and youth workers, using innovative methods such as NLP, coaching, and learning by doing. We aim to develop personal, social, and professional competences that help participants discover their potential, build confidence in their own abilities, and become more engaged in their communities and in society, while fostering lifelong learning and active citizenship.

Our strategy for supporting young people
We promote European values — inclusion, civic participation, and interculturality — directly in the communities that need them most. Through our program and with the support of European projects, we bring quality coaching free of charge to young people from rural and disadvantaged backgrounds, so that no geographic or economic distance becomes an obstacle to personal development. We support the development of the competences needed for social and professional integration.

Psychology-Based Tools for Youth Leadership

The PBT project is funded through the Erasmus+ KA153-YOU programme and implemented by Asociația AsterX from Călărași. The main activity consists of a 5-day residential training course for youth workers from 6 European countries, focused on applied psychology tools and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. The course covers topics such as rapport building, sensory acuity, metaprograms, anchoring, metaphors, and perceptual positions, using non-formal education methods, experiential learning, and Youthpass reflection.
