Coach4Values

Coach4Values is the strategy that will guide Asociația AsterX’s activity for the period 2026–2030. Building on the lessons learned from the pilot project PBT (Psychology-Based Tools for Youth Leadership, funded through Erasmus+ KA153-YOU), we aim to use coaching, NLP techniques, and non-formal education to help young people, youth workers, and adults in Călărași County discover their authentic values, actively participate in community life, and navigate the online environment safely.

The strategy is built on three pillars: discovering authentic values and desires — through coaching sessions and self-reflection workshops; democracy and community participation — through actions that turn passive citizens into active participants; and online safety and critical thinking — through practical tools for decoding digital manipulation. Each pillar comes with concrete objectives, tracked annually, on the path to making AsterX a county-level reference point in coaching for values and community involvement.

We want a community in which everyone knows their own values, actively takes part in community life, and makes informed choices in the digital environment — that, in essence, is the vision behind the entire strategy. We work primarily with young people aged 14 to 30 (pupils, students, NEET youth, volunteers, and young people from disadvantaged or rural backgrounds), youth workers and educators (NGO staff, teachers, community facilitators), as well as adults in the community — parents, local leaders, and public administration representatives interested in personal development.
