PBT Project

Psychology-Based Tools for Youth Leadership

The PBT project is funded through the Erasmus+ KA153-YOU programme and implemented by Asociația AsterX from Călărași. The main activity consists of a 5-day residential training course for youth workers from 6 European countries, focused on applied psychology tools and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques. The course covers topics such as rapport building, sensory acuity, metaprograms, anchoring, metaphors, and perceptual positions, using non-formal education methods, experiential learning, and Youthpass reflection.

Objectives and Expected Results

The project aims to strengthen the leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence competences of youth workers. Participants will learn at least 5 practical methods for managing group processes and motivating young people, will take part in intercultural exchange activities, and will apply the tools learned in their local communities within 3 months of completing the course. Results will be recognized through the Youthpass certificate.
